Two greenhouse models

Solarneo is the only operator to offer two types of greenhouse

Photovoltaic maintenance

A photovoltaic installation has the enormous advantage that it does not contain any moving parts, which substantially reduces the risk of breakdowns caused by wear and tear. Even so, we provide regular and periodic follow-up for our installations, mainly to clean the panels. Regular follow-up makes the component parts last longer, and avoids the risk of a breakdown which could affect the production of electricity. Should a malfunction occur nevertheless, our teams are able to intervene on site anywhere in France in less than four hours. In the same logic of optimising reaction lead times, Solarneo has a secure storage area covering more than 1000 sq.m. at the site in Cahors with a buffer inventory of structural parts (sheeting, framework elements), electrical parts (cables, connectors) and photovoltaic parts (spare coupled modules, back-up inverters) for providing maintenance for installed greenhouses.

To provide a perfect technological response to the specific requirements of its agricultural partners, Solarneo has designed and developed two types of agricultural photovoltaic greenhouses, in glass and in plastic.

Covering an area of between 2 and 8 hectares, each Solarneo greenhouse efficiently combines the constraints of the production of photovoltaic electricity and the farmer’s objectives in terms of agricultural yield.

Depending on local weather conditions and the types of product the farmer wishes to produce, tailor-made technical adaptations are made in order to ensure that market gardeners have the best growing conditions for optimising their production.
